What is the minimum order?

One pallet for standard preforms and closures. For custom colours and printing, the minimum depends on the product.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Samples of standard products are free and are sent within two working days.

How long does a custom mould take?

Usually six to eight weeks from sketch to first trial batch. The mould remains the client property.

Are the raw materials certified?

Yes, for food contact. The certificate for each delivery and the batch laboratory report are provided on request.

How is the price calculated?

Based on the current resin price, weight, volume and colour. A quote is sent within one working day.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% advance on the first order. Regular clients can have deferred payment under contract.
